Early access privacy notice

This notice explains how Listed uses information submitted through the early-access form. It must receive legal review before the public form is launched.
Information we collect
We collect your name, email address, agency name, team-size band, selected module interests, form language, consent time and submission timestamps. We do not store the Turnstile token or your IP address in the early-access record.
Why we use it
We use this information to assess fit for early product research or access, understand which workflows matter to agencies and contact you about Listed early access. We do not enroll you in unrelated marketing through this form.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website, Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from automated abuse and Supabase stores the submitted record. Each provider processes information only as needed to deliver its service.
Retention
Unconverted early-access records will be scheduled for deletion twelve months after Listed reaches general availability, or sooner when a valid withdrawal or deletion request applies.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your early-access information, or withdraw your request to be contacted.
